They have used a direct address to make the audience feel like this advert is directly speaking to them. Their target audience is teens or young women as they are the ones who are more likely to get into an abusive relationships and therefore they have used a model who seems to be that age to make the audience feel relatable.
Change4life.
The government can help to cultivate a change in lifestyle and eating habits by putting a little interest in media. Such as changing the way people eat for breakfast in movies or even stars, so that the fans can follow the ways of how the movies stars eat and eventually become a trend. If it becomes a trend it will spread quickly and there will be a lot of changes to how people will eat. Or, if the government extends their funding to the advertising company and promotes more of an healthy style by giving out facts and figures to attract the audience.
Starbucks.
The reason why the starbucks advert has gone viral to 4000 countries over 3 weeks of period is probably due to the UGC and the successful marketing.
As UGC is 35% more memorable than other media so this starbucks campaign probably succeeded in user generated advertising. UGC is a very effective way of advertising because millennials spend 18 hours with media and 30% of the time, they spend it on UGC. Therefore trying to target market on UGC would be a lot more effective as it can also go viral (because the audience distributes the content).
