Analysis of my own advert


To make our advert persuasive we have used a form of repetition to make the audience remember our advert and gradually get it stuck in peoples minds. We've also used a trendy beat to amuse our younger adult audience (although our main target audience is the older generations such as mums and housewives who will need the broom). The reason why we have chosen the second generations as our secondary audience is because they may remember our advert and suggested it to their parents.


Also we have used about 3 footage for our video and that is because we don't want to make it look complicating for the audience to remember so, we've made it simple and snappy as we can so it's more effective to our audiences.


We've also used two full body shots for the audience to take a good look at the broom with a full shot. The last shot was a mid length shot to enable the audience a chance to get a closer look of the broom.


The editing was done in fast cut to match the music in the background atmosphere. Also there was a form of repetition in the footage as well which can be effective for the audiences.
